Trail Overview
This is a very narrow two-track that runs through mostly free-range country. The route runs through mostly public land, but partially through private land. The route also goes through a couple of gates. Please leave these as you found them. This is cattle country, and the gates are to keep animals and crops safe. There are areas where you will be riding next to wheat fields on one side and free-range land on the other. The route is rough and has deep ruts through most of the route. The route changes from silty dirt to rough rocky terrain. There is also at least one dry wash that you cross through. During the rainy season, the route would be slick and sticky. The trail is barely wide enough for a side-by-side and could be easily overgrown if left to itself. It is fun to go fast, but it is hard to see too far in front of you.
Difficulty
The route is narrow, and there are some off-camber sections that have very deep ruts. The dry wash is hidden until you reach it, and the drop is approximately 10-12” deep and 6-8’ wide.
