Trail Overview

This is a basic forest logging road that leads you to some beautiful views and river spots. This is still an active logging road. You will see blue gates open, but I wouldn't go through them because you may get locked in. If it rains you may get into some very mild mud best time to go here is when it is sunny out for the best views.

There is no difficulty on this trail, it is just a basic dirt road.

I was there on my Honda CRF 300 and went beyond the green trail and to the very end of the road. At the switchback where the OnX designated road ends, it does get a bit bushy but nothing you can’t do. The road is still very easy, just overgrown in some spots. A street legal dual sport will do just fine. The pictures are the view at the very end of the road beyond OnX’s road.

Maintained logging road with lots of waterfalls. Just past the switchback where the green trail ends is a camp spot that looks out into the valley, past that lots of overgrowth that will scratch up any rig. Expect snow past 3000’.

Pretty well maintained road. I went until I saw snow which was slightly past the green OnX route with no issues. It’s pretty steep in areas so 4WD is recommended.

The road was in very good condition. Some snow pockets but nothing of note till near the top where it got socked in quick. It will probably melt soon but we didn’t want to push our luck.
