Half Moon Creek

Half Moon Creek is a 0.7-mile out-and-back route that follows a secluded, single-lane dirt road through the forest. The road appears to be newly constructed or reopened as of September 2026 and is generally smooth, though there are a few off-camber and rough sections with evidence of recent logging activity. The route is easy when dry but may become slick and muddy after rain. Several dispersed campsites can be found along the way, along with a few views through openings in the forest. The road becomes heavily overgrown and impassable beyond the mapped endpoint.
