Bear Creek Road

Bear Creek Road is a 7.2-mile point-to-point route through the Little Pend Oreille National Wildlife Refuge and surrounding private property. This wide, well-maintained gravel road is generally smooth, though frequent washboarding can make the surface rough in places. Numerous pull-offs along the route feature informational boards highlighting the history, wildlife, and natural features of the area. Private property borders portions of the road, so users should remain on public land and respect property boundaries.
