4W CJRs Hideout - NF1701-530

This trail is a joke. Its given a 4/10 but is NOTHING. We took it from 5 fingers to Funny Rocks to Moon Rocks. All we could figure is that since its the main feeder into those features its been blown out and mellowed due to lots of traffic. If you head off 410 up Rock Creek Road once you hit the ridge and head West it turns into this "blue" trail. The road up is 1/10 and this trail goes to maybe a 2/10 all the way to Moon Rocks. Beyond Moon Rocks there are some tighter 3/10 spots but if you go West across Shoestring or Tipover those 4/10 routes don't even compare. So beware if you decide to run a big loop West. This trail is a poorly rated much easier trail. We ran the 4 miles in 45min but spent most of Shoestring and Tipover and Kaner at 1.5mph.

Rocky rocky rocky! Therese a down tree over one section, but there's a trail to goes around it. There's a flooded section as well, but again there's a way around. Just make sure you get back on the right trail.

Road is not well maintained (definitely not graded). Rough roots, rocks and humps. Some skinny areas with trimmed/downed trees and stumps. This marked area was flooded. New trails around deep/soft mud. Beware stumps not cut very low.

Super easy trail that takes you to the funny/moon rocks.
