Trail Overview

This delightful trail is nestled in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest and takes you through a beautiful, mature old-growth Ponderosa Pine. You'll find shady spots that offer a refreshing escape from the bright sun in eastern Washington. The best part of this adventure is a charming little alpine lake that has a cozy dispersed campsite nearby. It's the perfect spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty! Please protect this alpine lake and take only pictures and leave only footprints.

Difficulty

The trail is rated a 3 with water typically under twelve inches deep, depending on the time of year. Room for one vehicle with places to pull over to pass.

Open
Could see several downed trees, lots of water/mud. Trail did NOT look like it had been used in some time / maintained. Continued Milk Creek 4WD trail which was also a little washed out. VERY skinny pass between 2 trees (Raptor barely made it).
