Old Man Run - FS 1117

This trail starts as a maintained gravel road, but about 3/4 of the way up becomes a rough, rocky, muddy forest road. High clearance and good 4WD are definitely recommended if you traverse this route all the way to German River Trail. Cell service is spotty throughout, and there are a few dispersed campsites along the trail as well. Use caution when there is snow or ice present; the inclines and declines could potentially be treacherous in those conditions.
