Trail Overview

Outback Highway is a scenic backroad-style trail located within Concan Adventure Trails that follows the ranch fence line through rolling Hill Country terrain. The route offers a fun and relaxed drive with several small hill climbs and elevated sections that provide nice views of the surrounding landscape. Compared to the park’s more technical trails, Outback HWY is geared more toward scenic exploration while still offering enough terrain variation to keep the drive enjoyable. The trail serves as a great option for drivers wanting to experience more of the ranch without tackling large rock obstacles or extreme technical terrain.
