Trail Overview

Hicks Gap Rd is a short narrow trail through the forest consisting of mainly single-track dirt. The trail has many mud holes, and dead-ends in a roundabout. Its a well maintained path, with more natural terrain than the other roads nearby. The trail has a few hundred feet of elevation gain and loss. When traveling out and back the road is roughly 2.5 miles. There are no views from the trail. The trail ends in a roundabout with just enough space for a few vehicles to navigate around each other.
