Trail Overview
Forestry Road 336-11, also known as Hines BR1i, is rocky with small to medium rock embedded in the soil. There are a few mud holes with very thick sticky mud after rains, but none are more than a few inches deep, so, should not present an issue. At the south end, connecting to County Road 382, also called Bowman Road Loop, has an electric fence with an insulated connector. Be sure to reconnect after passing so the cows can't get out. There is a horse barn, so there can often be trail riders. Be sure to give due courtesy and be mindful of how motorized vehicles can have unexpected responses from them.
Small washout areas are easily traversed. Grades are up to 6% for short sections. The north end connects at County Road 336 / Flynn Cr Road. This makes for travel on the one-lane road to either end. Passing oncoming vehicles can be tight and will mean moving completely off the trail. Fortunately, this section is not heavily traveled.
