Trail Overview

This is a winding switchback trail that climbs from the Allegheny Reservoir near the Redbridge Campground to the Blacksnake Run trail. Like most trails in this area, you will travel past many oil wells and there are a lot of offshoots that make for nice and short out-and-backs. It's a great trip to take in the fall.
