FS 3145000

This trail is a long and exceptionally scenic route that begins with a sandy surface before becoming progressively rockier as it continues. Approximately 0.3 miles from the southern end, FS 3145500 branches to the right and provides access to the spectacular Hole-in-the-Ground viewpoint, which is well worth the short detour. After returning to the main trail, the road becomes noticeably rougher, with numerous rocks and large boulders requiring slower speeds and careful line selection. The trail is also sandy and dusty, so be prepared to encounter other ATVs, SxSs, and off-road vehicles using the route. Overall, this is a beautiful drive that combines excellent scenery with rewarding side trips and varied terrain. ATVs, UTVs, Side-by-Sides, and Dirt Bikes must always have a valid Oregon ATV Operating Permit sticker.
