FS 1140-560

This is a narrow, one-vehicle-wide forest road that is dirt-based with places to pass. The trail has some overgrown vegetation and rocks mixed in occasionally, some loose, but the trail is suitable for any vehicle type. Camping is allowed along the trail with several pre-existing dispersed campsites. The trail offers dense forest views but then opens up to more meadow-like areas as you travel along Green Ridge. Cell phone service is weak, and there are no amenities, so you should travel prepared. The nearest services and supplies are approximately 30 minutes away in the town of Sisters, Oregon.
