Trail Overview
Bingo Bongo is a fun and scenic SxS trail for vehicles 65 inches or less in the Mount Emily Recreation Area. Although short, the trail has some fun curvy rock sections and a scenic view overlooking the mountains, and is one of the more interesting SxS trails in the area. It starts on the west end by climbing up a semi-steep hillside with multiple sharp curves. There are several flat embedded rock surfaces in the trail that you ride over, but they are not too technical. At is rounds the corner after a quarter mile, there is a nice view overlooking the rural valley below and the pine-covered mountainsides. Sometimes the trail feels a bit narrow as it rounds the corners. The trail meanders through the forest on the hilltop, overlooking the valley, with a bit more embedded rocks, roots, and quick curves, until it ends on Crampton Road.
Difficulty
This is an overall easy trail for all vehicle types, although it does have a couple of mildly technical sections with embedded rock, sharp curves, and short steep grades. The trail may feel a bit narrow and exposed for SxS vehicles. This is rated by the land managers as Moderate within the trail system.
