Trail Overview

Glorieta Mesa Trail offers a mix of uneven, rutted dirt paths and technical sections, keeping things interesting. Expect a slight downhill section with loose rock, tight squeezes, and sharp turns between trees. An uneven, rocky area features short, steep grades, 18" ruts, and off-camber stretches that test your line choices. Erosion adds extra challenges in spots, while distant mountain views provide a scenic backdrop. Keep an eye out for livestock roaming the area. No dispersed camping is available.

The trail has large open areas and eventually leads to a mixture of open trails along with rocky more secluded tree lined areas. There are a few challenging spots but easily doable.
