Trail Overview
This trail is a narrow, single-vehicle track that is generally smooth but has occasional bumps. The surface alternates between gravel and sand, and it winds steadily through forested terrain with a series of gradual ascents and descents. Along the trail, a sign warns of a low water crossing. However, in August 2025, the water crossing was dry, with a rocky trail surface. Fallen trees are a common obstacle that may require clearing to continue. Vegetation grows in tightly along the edges, making sections feel overgrown, and there are drainage ditches alongside parts of the route. Due to the narrow width and limited pull-off areas, turning around can be challenging. There are no residences along the trail, giving it a remote feel. Dispersed camping is possible in some clearings, but the area can be very buggy, especially in warmer months. The trail does not provide formal campsites and lacks amenities such as trash disposal or water supply. Cell service may be limited in certain sections.
