Trail Overview

Old Grade Road is a single-lane dirt two-track that is narrow and windy with some soft sand in spots. The trail is part of the Grayling/Traverse City Forest Management Unit and gives you the opportunity to see wildlife and explore the trail system in Northern Michigan. Sections are wide enough for another vehicle to pass. This trail is a nice ride with multiple trails in the area. The trail ended at Blue Lake Road. The trail is mostly made up of pines and hardwood. Remember to stay on the trails and follow the Tread Lightly principles.
