Trail Overview
This is a dirt-based forest road in the National Forest near Priest Lake. The trail runs from Outlet Bay to Luby Bay without having to ride the shoreline. There are minor ruts and wash, washboard, and some rock garden sections. The view is of dense forest, and there are multiple pull-offs for dispersed camping, which is allowed along the entire trail. When the trail ends at West Shore Road, you will have a view across Priest Lake to the islands in the middle. Multiple small ATV trails split off from this trail to explore. Cell phone service was good, and although there are no amenities on the trail, you are less than 5 minutes from the nearest services and supplies. This trail is suitable for any vehicle type.
