West Lakeshore Road - FS 237

This is a hard-packed gravel road that runs along the west shore of Priest Lake. This trail runs from the main road through the National Forest, which meets up with the lake. You will enjoy views across Priest Lake and of the surrounding mountains. This trail takes you past a couple of National Forest campgrounds and travels to a stop sign. At the stop sign, you turn left to go into town, but the road continues straight around the lake, and it is paved from this point. Cell phone service was very good, and you are less than 5 minutes from the nearest services and supplies. Any vehicle type could traverse this trail.
