Trail Overview

Stonewall Creek - FS 20 is a 1.3-mile out-and-back route that follows a generously sized single-lane gravel road with places to pass. The road is lightly maintained and travels through heavily forested terrain, making it an easy drive under normal conditions. For much of its length, the route parallels a powerline right-of-way and is typically well graveled, providing a firm travel surface. Although generally straightforward, erosion ruts can present hazards to low-clearance vehicles and should be approached with care where they occur. The road terminates at a staging area serving the Four Mountain biking area before returning along the same route. Stonewall Creek - FS 20 is restricted to highway-legal vehicles only, making it a short but practical access route for both forest travel and recreational users visiting the staging area.
