Trail Overview

This short trail is mostly dirt with small rocks up to 1–2 inches in diameter. Unlike many nearby trails, it is wide enough to allow vehicles to pull aside and pass safely. At 0.2 miles, there is a private campsite off the trail that fits up to two vehicles with level ground and a fire ring. Overall, this is an easy and scenic trail with beautiful views of the forest and aspens, along with a great private campsite.

Difficulty

This trail earns a Rating 2 due to its wide, well-maintained dirt surface and minimal obstacles. Small rocks up to 1–2 inches are present but do not create significant challenges. The trail provides easy access for most vehicles, with no technical sections or difficult terrain.
