Skywalker

Skywalker is a single-track trail in the north Fruita desert. The west side of the trail begins at the end of the neighboring Sarlacc Trail. The trail can be accessed from Sarlacc or a small parking area off County Road V 8/10. From west to east, the trail begins with a fun descent as you work your way into a wash at about 1 mile. The wash is short and the most technical part of the trail, with some bigger rocks and a steeper climb out. From there, the trail lacks anything particularly technical save one or two rock features. The trail is narrow at times and features many turns. There is a fair mixture of sand and dirt. There is consistent exposure throughout this trail;most is mild but it is moderate in spots. The trail ends back on County Road V 8/10 right across from the start of the easier Cicada Trail, making it easy to tie together miles of single track. Skywalker rides well in both directions.
