Difficulty

Moderate. The beginning of the trail has a steep climb with one rocky section on a tight turn that requires some offroad experience. We recommend high-clearance, short-wheel-based 4x4s with skid plates for the start of the trail. The road to the quarry at Waypoint 03 is wide and easy.

Gate was closed but no signs. Some snow about 100 ft onto the trail from Buckhorn Rd. Could definitely fit a dirt bike around the gate
