Trail Overview

Start out with a nice rugged climb and enjoy the trees, meadows, and beautiful views. There is a lot of camping available, so pick your spot and have fun exploring all the terrain. Open June 15 to December 1.

Difficulty

Moderate. The beginning of the trail has a steep climb with one rocky section on a tight turn that requires some offroad experience. We recommend high-clearance, short-wheel-based 4x4s with skid plates for the start of the trail. The road to the quarry at Waypoint 03 is wide and easy.
