Trail Overview

This 2-mile-long ATV trail parallels the Wolford Reservoir with a view of the water almost the whole way. The majority of the trail is a wide ATV path through a flat valley, going up and down small hills, with a couple of steeper and rockier spots. It's pretty scenic as it has a view of Wolford Mountain to the east and the reservoir to the west. The north end of the trail is unmarked, but the south end of the trail goes past the dam on the southern end of the reservoir, with many signs requiring you to stay on the trail and not approach the dam.

Difficulty

The majority of the trail is really easy. The trail has a couple of steeper spots that have bigger ruts, and some small embedded rocks that add a bit of a technical aspect. It remains easy for most types of ATVs and any skill-level rider.
