FS 30N03

This well-maintained trail branches off the main FS 44 and follows a winding route down the mountainside toward Goumaz Campground. The road is in great condition throughout, with plenty of curves as it descends before climbing back up the mountain beyond the campground. A few side trails branch off along the way, offering additional routes to explore, although some are out-and-back trails with only one way in and out. These narrower routes may suit Side-by-Sides and ATVs better, so choose your route carefully, especially if you’re traveling in a larger vehicle. ATVs, UTVs, Side-by-Sides, and Dirt Bikes must always have a valid California ATV Operating Permit sticker.
