Trail Overview

Forest Service Road 9367C is just under 2 miles long and winds through the pines of the Mogollon Rim. The west-to-east portion of the trail is very easy-going, with a mostly smooth surface and only a few minor rocky sections. As the route continues into denser trees, you'll encounter a handful of small rock gardens that add light technical interest. The trail then drops slightly in elevation and reaches a dry wash. The crossing is somewhat uneven but generally manageable. From there, the trail turns north and crosses the same wash several more times. In this northern section, the trail can become faint in places, requiring a bit more attention to stay on route. Some areas may turn muddy after precipitation. The trail eventually ends near Highway 260.
