Trail Overview
Forest Service Road 9361H is a short trail, stretching just over half a mile. It begins with a mostly dirt surface, with small rocks scattered throughout. Early on, you’ll cross a dry wash featuring large, flat rocks that require a bit of careful tire placement.
Beyond the wash, the trail remains relatively easy and leads to a gate—be sure to close it behind you. After passing through, erosion ruts begin to develop and continue as you head east. As you approach the end of the trail, you’ll encounter a few slightly rockier sections, along with tighter passages where trees closely line the route, making it narrow in spots. The trail ultimately ends at a downed tree with no way around it. Just before the endpoint, there is a large, uneven erosion rut that serves as the main obstacle. Use caution in this area, especially in full-sized 4x4 vehicles, as there is very limited room to turn around.
