Trail Overview
Forest Road 511 is a short 50-inch trail designed for off-roaders with ATVs or dirt bikes. The entire trail follows a dry wash, featuring large rocks to watch out for and sandy sections. The southern portion runs alongside a fence line before winding toward the dry wash. As you traverse the wash, be alert for debris from flash floods. This trail is extremely overgrown and will definitely grab at your clothing as you ride. The trail crosses the wash several times as it continues. There is a short, steep hill on the northern portion that is uneven but manageable to ride up or down. Watch out for sneaky large rocks along this fun, short trail. Use caution during monsoon season due to the risk of flash flooding.
Difficulty
Expect an uneven, rocky, and rutted dirt trail with large loose rocks, erosion, and sand. Obstacles are up to 18 inches and have an uneven hill with short, steep grades.
