Trail Overview

This rocky and rutted road features frequent exposed roots and winds through a mix of forest and several large, beautiful meadows. There are many puddle sections along the route, most of which have drive-arounds. As you approach the junction with Forest Road 6330, the terrain becomes noticeably rockier and bumpier. The north end, near the connection with FS 231, is the smoothest and easiest section of the trail.

This trail is rated 3/10 due to the rutted surface, exposed roots, and rocky sections that create a consistently uneven ride. While manageable, drivers should be comfortable with rough terrain and occasional water crossings, especially in the more rugged southern sections.
