Trail Overview
This wide, open wash trail begins just off Tank Pass coming from the south offers an excellent riding area for dirt bikes and ATVs. A staging area is available just before the entrance to the trail, with additional parking at the entrance to the wash. The route consists of a broad gravel wash with multiple spur trails and plenty of room to explore. There are no technical obstacles, though riders should watch for larger rocks and choose their lines carefully. Surrounded by saguaros and Palo Verde trees, the trail features numerous interconnected tracks that eventually climb back to Tank Pass or continue through the desert, connecting with Calcite Wash, Tank Trail, and other spur routes. It's a fun, open riding area with endless spur trails and lines to explore.
Difficulty
A wide, loose gravel wash with no obstacles or technical features unless you choose more challenging lines. Watch for larger rocks and maintain good wheel placement. The wash can become impassable when wet, and flash flooding is possible during or after storms.
