265 to Nowhere

The 265 to Nowhere trail starts as a mellow one-lane gravel road through aspen trees along a ridgeline. Along the way, you see the burn scar that has shaped this area of the Kaibab National Forest. Predominantly lined with aspen trees, the trail has sporadic sections of ponderosa pines that tower over the landscape. Other than some light erosion, there are no obstacles on this trail. There is also no cell service, so offline maps are recommended. The trail peters out after a downed tree that has crossed the trail, and the trail quickly becomes reclaimed by nature with long grasses and no clear established path. Along this trail, you might see deer and elk, so keep an eye out!
