Trail Overview

It is a brutal stretch of sandy trail hammered by the recent Baja 250, running from race miles 87 to 93. It's a nonstop workout for both vehicle and driver, with deep sand, uneven surfaces, and relentless medium to large whoops stretching across the entire route. The trail is deeply rutted from race traffic and consistently rough, with unpredictable dips and bumps that make for a physically demanding ride. High-clearance 4WD is essential--stock vehicles will struggle or get stuck. Airing down is highly recommended before entering this section. Though the terrain is aggressive, the scenery is pure Baja: expansive desert views, distant mountain silhouettes, and a mix of hardy desert flora lining the route. This is a favorite for those chasing the real Baja race feel--but it's not to be taken lightly.
