With a technical rating of 1, the trail is highly approachable for standard high-clearance four-wheel-drive vehicles, though early-season travellers should come prepared. Winter winds and heavy snow frequently leave downed trees across the path, making a chainsaw an essential tool if you are among the first to traverse it in the spring.
