Moyie Sunrise

This trail can take you from Moyie Lake to Koocanusa or even Cranbrook, Starting on Sunrise FSR you start to climb up over the mountain traveling on some steep shelf roads and switchbacks. The trail is a mud/gravel trail with active logging in the area so use a radio for communication. slides are common in the area so watch out for fallen rocks. The views into the valley are amazing, this is an enjoyable trail to try and can even be used as a detour if major highways are closed.
