This trail follows blue blazes. It starts from the parking area off Oblong Road and ascends moderately. It climbs up to the ridge over a series of switchbacks. It travels along a ridgeline to the Taconic Ridge. Taking a right, along the TCT, will take you to Berlin Mountain. A 5-mile loop can be made by taking a left on the TCT, then a left on the Mills Hollow Trail.
