You can park your car at the start of the trail. There is also a bike-share station.
Start crossing Greenvale Park and follow Highland creek. After 2 km, you'll arrive at Morningside Park to find bathrooms and a mid-trail entry. There are parking places and a picnic area.
Where you arrive at Old Kingston, you have to cross the road without any streetlight so be careful.
You'll end the trail at the Waterfront Trail in front of Ontario Lake.
