Trail Overview

This trail is an out-and-back trail that splits off of Anvil Draw and heads Southeast to the shore of Flaming Gorge, where it runs parallel through the shoreline brush for a ways before it dead-ends at a small point on the lake. This trail is well maintained up until it reaches the shoreline, at which point it turns into a dirt road that has some shallow ruts along it. This trail is scenic as it starts high, overlooking the landscape before dropping down to where the lake is. This trail is open to all vehicles year-round, but may be impassable during the winter and early spring due to snow.
