Trail Overview

Welcome Pass comes off the highway and climbs into the forest. The road is a standard gravel forest service road and is used to access the Welcome Pass trailhead. Climbing through the trees, the road continues to be in good condition, well maintained, with no major obstacles to note. The road ends in a large turnaround/parking area used for parking and hiking the trail.
