Trail Overview
Upper Swanson is an easy, flowing dirt trail that begins with a short section approximately 60 inches wide before narrowing into single-track for the majority of the route. The trail follows a well-defined path with frequent bumps, flowing corners, and a series of closely spaced turns that create an enjoyable rhythm for riders. Yellow trail signs help mark the route and guide riders through the surrounding trail network. Several puddles appear along the way, adding minor changes in surface conditions without creating significant technical challenges. The dirt surface is generally straightforward to navigate, allowing riders to maintain a comfortable pace through the winding sections. Although the trail narrows considerably after the entrance, there are no major obstacles or difficult climbs reported. Motorized motorcycle access should be confirmed against the official trail designation and posted restrictions.
Difficulty
Mostly flowing dirt single-track with small bumps, closely spaced turns, and occasional puddles. The narrow trail requires basic motorcycle control, but there are no significant rocks, steep climbs, or technical obstacles. Suitable for riders comfortable navigating single-track terrain.
