Trail Overview
North Baldy - FS 1920306 is a 16.8-mile out-and-back route through Colville National Forest. The road begins as a single-lane dirt route with some rutting and several shelf-road sections. Conditions remain relatively consistent for much of the drive, but the character changes significantly during the final mile approaching North Baldy. Here, the road becomes very rocky, with abundant loose rocks reaching roughly melon size. Several sections are also steep and very loose, making the final climb considerably more challenging than the approach. North Baldy is open seasonally to all vehicles.
Difficulty
