FS 318A

FS 318A is a 0.8-mile out-and-back route through Kaniksu National Forest. This narrow, overgrown route has more of a raw trail feel than a maintained forest road. Brush encroachment makes the trail tight in places, and drivers should expect pinstriping. The road used to continue beyond the mapped endpoint but is now heavily overgrown and impassable. A few secluded, relatively flat clearings along the route could be used for dispersed camping. FS 318A is open year-round to all vehicles.
