Trail Overview

Zion Overlook is a short but challenging trail that consists of red sand and clay. It is rutted out pretty good at the entry and along most of the trail. Caution: the trail becomes steep and narrow towards the endpoint. Overgrowth can scratch vehicles. This trail consists of Utah State land and BLM with an incredible view of Zion to the East.

Smooth sailing all the way up to the top in 4wd high. Quick trip, took about 20 minutes in actual travel. The sand was a pretty hard packed because of recent weather. Very beautiful. If you have a wider rig be prepared for pinstriping.
