Windy Park - FS 10545

This is a short trail that leads to the north end of Oaks Park Reservoir, although this shallow reservoir will only have water when it's at full capacity. This trail starts as a well-maintained dirt road until you pass the small hiking trailhead, at which point the trail becomes rutted out and has lots of spots that will hold water and mud during periods of wet weather. This trail runs through the forest before emerging into a small meadow and following alongside the small creek to the reservoir. This trail is open to all vehicles and has no set closure date, but is inaccessible during the winter and spring months due to deep snow.
