Trail Overview

Spectacular 17 mile route through iconic desert spires, buttes, and formations. Think Monument Valley that you can actually drive right next to the monuments and wild camp - for free. This route is not hard, but you MUST pay attention to weather - if it rains, it flashes very easily and you can be stuck in here for up to a week.

Washboard
Trail is now dry. Typical washboard, slick rock, and dust one should expect with a trail rated 1. I drove the trail from West to East as I came down 261 from MULEY Point/Moki Dugway….everyone I encountered was driving it East to West/

Heavy rains have the trail a mess right now. Any stock 4x4 should be okay but I did hit my sliders a few times due to wash outs.

Washboard
Beautiful, several washboards if starting from the West. Lots of established sites throughout for camping. Windy and a few people. Stunning place.
