Trail Overview

Silver Meadows trail offers great and scenic access to the Uinta National Forest. This trail offers plenty of areas for dispersed camping without having to travel far from the main highway. Silver Meadows offers easy access to many other connecting trails in the area. Views along the entire trail are fantastic.

This is a graded and maintained Forest Service road. You may encounter some ruts and mud holes in the spring and depending on weather.

Only one patch of deep/ wet snow close to the highway. It was possible for us with some recovery. The rest of the trail is perfect.
