Trail Overview

This is a fun side trip off Motoqua Road to a beautiful canyon with a unique arch. The trail is navigable by most all-wheel drive vehicles with some care. You will probably get your wider vehicle scratched so be advised. The short trip into the arch provides great views of some beautiful rock formations.

Difficulty

There are many sharp rocks and a couple of steeper climbs with small ledges. At the start of the trail there are some deeper ruts that could cause issues for lower clearance vehicles.

The trail is very bumpy. We approached it from the east side but the road does not continue on past the arch because the trail doesn't allow you to go over or througha wash that's 20 ft down.
