Trail Overview

Take a fun loop through the canyon that winds around Jackson Butte. The Colorado River is close, but there is no motorized access known. This is an isolated area, and is lightly traveled, so come prepared.

Difficulty

Moderate. Most of the route is easy; however, there are enough small ledges and rough spots to give it a moderate rating. Suitable for stock, highclearance, 4x4 SUVs. More challenging for long wheel-based vehicles.
