Catacomb Spur (D8141)

This short spur provides access from the Chicken Corners trail to the Catacomb Rock (also known as the wind caves). The spur is a short and flat access road, accessible by all vehicle types. There is a small sign at the intersection, but it's easily overlooked. In fact, we overlooked it the first time we rode Chicken Corners. The Catacomb Rock is, in our opinion, one of the most incredible sights in the Moab area and not to be missed. According to the trail map, the trail continues to Dripping Spring and eventually dead-ends. Just past the Catacomb rock, we found it difficult to find the trail, so we turned around.
