This trail recently got the route repainted by BLM and signs redone, so it’s in good condition. That said, it is NOT a 4/10 in difficulty. It will take several hours to complete this section, lots of steep drops and large obstacles, off camber sections, high clearance 4x4 is essential, underbody protection strongly recommended.

Classic features and sweeping Swell scenery make this a destination trail. Going south-to-north, the north end of the Razorback is a series of ledges to climb. Took me a few tries to get the right line in my XJ with 3" lift on 31's and open diffs. Most of the trail is low-speed and full-attention driving, if low risk. The northern drop into North Coal Wash has fun sandy swooping sections.

Very fun trail! A few challenging obstacles that require picking a good line. Broncos on 35s made it through well, but a Sequoia on 33s with no lockers also made it with minimal scrapping. Make sure to fill up as this is a remote area
