Trail Overview

This is a great trail if you like to go fast. It follows a wide wash for most of the route. If you decide to take your time, there are loads of amazing views along the way. The trail provides access to multiple hiking trails and a few short-riding trails on Calf Mesa at the North end of the trail. Connecting to Buckhorn Draw and the Wedge Overlook in the North and Fix It Pass to the South, this ride is a must for any San Rafael Ride.

Very sandy and loose in places. There is the possibility of water crossings, depending on the time of year.

Fast and flowy with some deep sand in sections. Absolute blast ripping through on a dirt bike. Will be back.

There was enough soft sand in the wash to make this a 6/10 for adventure motorcycles.

Supper easy trail and could be done in a vehicle with some clearance like a small crossover.

Mostly dry and fast if you stay in wash. Plenty of side trails to make trip last longer. Watch weather and do not attempt if flash floods are poss8ble as there are long stints without exits. Any stock 4x4 can do this. If heading south taking a left on Fixit will need a high clearance 4x4. Doable in stock 4x4 if highly experienced.
